Stayed at this hotel during a business trip and was pleasantly surprised with the amenities provided. The rooms were clean and comfortable with enough space to move around. The breakfast buffet offered a decent spread of options and the staff were friendly. Another great aspect is its central location, close to transportation and dining options. the free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, allowing me to stay connected.
There were a few downsides to this hotel. The elevators were slow and sometimes took a while to arrive.

the position close to M3 and only 10 km far from city center was ideal for the weekend of the GP. Breakfast was good enough, the free parking is a plus in Budapest and the manager of the hotel was very kind.
The unpolitness of some from the staff. At the check in we were told that there was not a booking for us, because they neglect to check the names. When i showed my booking printed and i indicated "here is written hotel Hunor" the lady answered me "yes, I am able to read!". I think this is not the way to deal with customers. However, I lived in Budapest for 4 years, and I had to learn that this is a quite standard behaviour to accept there. Rooms and their toilets definitely need a renovation, some room in the dependance didn´t have hot water. The dependance is definitely to avoid.

The breakfast offered a good variety of food, with fresh fruit and pastries. The location was convenient for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation. The room was clean and tidy upon arrival.
The room was very small and cramped, with outdated furnishings. The shower was weak and difficult to use.
